Reliable Energy on PINK

Any idea what is happening with reliable energy for those of us on the PINK exchange?
Just saw this, but not sure what it means to us in the US.

You should just get pink sheets-listed shares of Crescent point — sometimes it takes a few days to get processed by brokers, but pink sheets shares should be treated effectively the same as Toronto shares.
