anyone hear of Weiss Research out of Florida? They seem shady to me. Any comments?
Weiss Research
Weiss Research: Martin Weiss is not a shady individual. I have utilized some of their services since early 2000,s. If I had listened to Mr. Weiss in 2007 and early 2008 I would have known to exit most securities and went to cash. I did not and lost approx $370,000. If you subscribe to one of Weiss’s services and choose to opt out they will refund your $$ per their announcements. That is ipso facto. I have done so.
If they are so good, why did you opt out?
Since about April of last year I am still in Eight (8) of their reports (Safe Money, Asian Stock elert, World currency alert, etc) you assidiuous a**.
WOW, what a load!
If you call someone assiduous, it’s a compliment. It means they’re careful, methodical and very persistent. Good detectives are classically assiduous types.
Assiduous comes from two Latin words: assiduus, meaning “busy incessant, continual or constant,” and assidere, meaning “to sit down to” something. (Funnily enough, we also get the word sedentary, meaning someone who doesn’t move around much, a lazy couch potato, from this same last word.) Although we tend to think of sedentary types as being the very opposite of assiduous ones, many assiduous activities (like writing, thinking, or detective work) are best done sitting in a chair.
