We had a thread on this a couple of days ago–the consensus is that they are talking about Nuance Communications (NUAN), Tibco (TIBX), and . . . Disney. But I should add that there is a start-up working on gesture technology that (apparently) just wowed CES 2013–Leap Motion–and they may end being a player in this space.
I think NUAN, WLGC, and one of these Elliptic Labs, Leap Motion, or maybe Point Grab.
Sorry also maybe Jds Uniphase Corp. JDSU, they have lots of patents for kinect.
