Does anyone have information on a recent pamphlet sent out from the Oxford Club, edited by Denise Evans entitled ”Inside Alert”. For $1200/year they will give you their research on top executives of various companies who are buying, selling their own stock, merging with other companies or separating and other unknown activities re their company that is not public knowledge. They say this is perfectly legal.

Hi, we have not seen any recent ads from them — please forward the link or email along if you have something we can work with. In general, yes, anyone can follow insider buys and sells using the various Form 4 trackers that piggyback on SEC data, much of which are free, and there are several newsletters and paid services that look for spinoffs and corporate reorganizations, which are a little harder to screen for without paying someone for data (or putting a lot of time in). None of this stuff is secret or proprietary, but some of it is not easily available in an organized or searchable form for everyone.
