$CDNL After being long and deep myself in $CDNL I have gradually liquidated all my shares (at a steep loss) and am now “on the sidelines.” If all of the projects they have in the works, work out, the stock should shine. My problem is that without knowing the nuts and bolts of the financial condition of the company, I am just too nervous to stay in, solely on my belief in them. I compared the last two updates by Kevin Jones, the CEO and thought the most recent one had a pessimistic tone to it compared to the previous one. He is still unable to say when the financials will be released and unlike the previous update which predicted the big $28 million dollar contract would be “kicked off” i.e. signed in the early weeks of this month, he speaks now of $10 million more added to the contract but doesn’t say how much of that goes to materials, what percentage, if any will be revenue but states it doesn’t include any of the RedBird systems. I think he may be spread too thin and over his head. I did not like him saying “We are not where I want us to be at this time.” I am concerned the auditor may put out a warning.
I do admire the supporters of Cardinal, especially yourself and “CrookedNeck” on the OTC threads and all those shareholders who hold their stock in the face of so much uncertainty. I don’t know if the stock can break out of it’s new range of .08 to .09. Rather than focus on the chart or the price, for now I will wait and see. If the financials do get filed and a contract is signed and some sense of the actual value of the stock can be determined I would re-enter. Best. Don
$CDNL I’m an ex-long who took a significant loss too. Couldn’t stomach the downward spiral and lack of financial transparency. Maybe would consider re-entry at some point in the future once things are cleared up.

$MYDX I just took a small starter position in this company and don’t see that it has been discussed before. It is trading today at $.0085 close to it’s 52 week low so the OTC traders see it going up from here. $MYDX makes interesting and innovative testing instruments for water and for MJ so I will also post this on 420. They provided free one use test strips to LA residents affected by flood water. Still will be exploring them further, as much DD is needed. However my mind wonders, if successful, that there may be other applications ahead including those in the medical field. Be careful with this one. A featured stock with SmallCap Network, it has done nothing but make new 52 week lows, as is so typical of anything SCN touches.

I do not understand the statement that transporting water more than 60 miles affects Quality. I know there are cost issues but we transport milk and fruit juice hundreds of miles in tankers.
It is a purchased system as a pilot for a larger contract. Will be installed at 46 35’4.24N and 84 35’27.21E. 2 views

$CDNL FACTS on $40 mil financing approval coming!
I guess some are in for a BIG surprise! Real in depth DD reveals the actual facts regarding $CDNL and what is in store for this microcap that is now positioned for explosive growth! How so you ask? This Cameroon project has been a long and arduous task for $CDNL, but despite what you may read on various media sites regarding the company, the CEO has never wavered in his resilience to get this contract approved, no matter how long it took.
The REAL FACTS:
In late 2013 a $28.8 mil Red Bird contract was signed & on April 30th, 2014, the contract was submitted to EXIM by MINEPAT to begin the financing process. What happened next was not only a disaster for CDNL, but also for many other businesses who relied upon EXIM for financing. Shortly after the contract was signed the EXIM Bank came under heavy fire, but was given a 9 month extension to provide financing on a limited basis. Then on June 30th, 2015 the EXIM Bank could no longer provide any loan funding, as Congress adjourned for summer recess without reauthorizing the EXIM Bank. This resulted in delaying the financing approval for Cameroon in 2014 and then stopped everything in its tracks on the financing approval process for the $28.8 mil Cameroon Project last year. It wasn’t until the end of October of 2015 that Congress voted to reauthorize the EXIM Bank to provide financing once again.
Needless to say it delayed the entire financing approval process for the $28.8 Mil Cameroon Project until this year. The whole process had to be restarted and additional studies done to resubmit to the EXIM finance committee for approval. It was during this time that add on was requested to bring the total amount to $40 million dollars, which required additional studies, that are in the final stages of being presented to EXIM’s finance committee. Thus we are now in the final stages of getting this approved once and for all.
Despite all the crap and misinformation being spread across various media outlets, these are the ACTUAL TRUE FACTS! So despite what many have been led to believe, this is no scam whatsoever, but rather an issue of a big delay caused by our incompetent Congress and nothing more! You can believe whatever you like, but before you do, take the time to do some google searches first, regarding the EXIM Bank debacle for the past two years.
This lack of financing thru EXIM had caused CDNL to come to a grinding halt last year, but the CEO never gave up and continues to move forward to get this financing approved. Not only that, but he has also secured approval by the Chinese to provide financing for the $40 mil Cameroon Project if the EXIM Bank can’t come thru! 2015 resulted in a horrible year for the company and causing the share price to plummet from $1.00 per share to under $.01 currently, as the EXIM Bank debacle halted everything. Now the upside potential is absolutely enormous!

After carefully examining the FACTS and doing my in depth DD, I see CDNL as a HUGE OPPORTUNITY! We are very close for financing to be approved for a $40 mil project and that alone should send the share price well above $.02 in the short term. And that is not even taking in the new HSVW Partnership Agreement and what that provides for CDNL.
The audit is REAL and it is preventing the release of updated financials, but common sense tells us that the audit has to be nearing an end very soon. Once that happens and financials are updated, 2015 numbers will look terrible, but 2016 will more than make up for it, as this $40 mil contract gets financing approval and work begins, along with the contracted work that has already been booked and performed to date this year. Combine that with what HSVW is in the midst of to roll out Red Bird Units throughout rural China and you can help but to see the huge growth potential that exist here!
