Hey Travis, I really enjoy GUMSHOE I can get all the information from here. I bought some (CRON) but after I saw it wasn’t going anywhere for over a year I sold it. But I did buy some NOKIA I don’t see any lose there. That was after I saw you had been putting into it. James Altucher wants ‘ $299 for that and Jeff Brown wants $199. I don’t see any use in the x-tra’s they give so you think it’s a square deal. But I did want to ask you about HEXO. Should it be bought now? Also XXII, TRTC, and MEDMEN. I am just asking you what you think? I wouldn’t hold anyone responsible. It’s up to one’s self to make the BUY decision. But I would like some feedback.

Sold the TRTC for .94 got out of it so I would have more for Pinterest Thursday announces their IPO.
I can only tell you what I’ve done — which is probably more honest than what I think. I haven’t bought any of those or seriously considered doing so.

Apparently MediPharm Laboratories changed symbols April 9th; April 8 it was MLCPF and now April 10 it is MEDIF. IPO’d Oct 5, 2018. The chart is the same.
Thank you ggswift, MLCPF MediPharm Labs just might be McCall’s reco., since they popped – gained 16.2% Fri April 5th and another +11.47% today April 8th; yes the charts look good! I thought McCall was going to recommend on April 4th a company that just IPO’d, but maybe I misunderstood.
I thought maybe it was ABAHF Abacus Health Products, IPO’d January 31, 2019; went from $6.57 March 13 to $13.51 April 1st = +105%….now settled back into $12.70’s.
I do not own either MLCPF nor ABAHF, …. missed out on those!
Probably April 4th was teaser date to sign up for his “Investment Opportunities” service…..perhaps not too successful because in recent days Investor Place has sent me notices of April 9th 7pm ‘Emergency Cannabis Summit’ webinar by Matt McCall…..I’m sure another teaser to join McCall’s service for lots of $$.

I was going to join Matt McCall’s program, I just canceled with Ray Blanco. After I did that I seen A report to he was a scam and none of his trades are worth anything. I am looking for something I can get an idea on which Marijuana stocks to go with on certain days. I don’t know which one is worth anything. Do you have that information I could pay you for? I need to know which stocks to put money in and on what days and when to sell those stocks. If you know one that I can get what I paid for I would appreciate it. For $79 a year, was (still is?) the cost to becoming an Irregular member at Stock Gumshoe; I do not know how much $$ a Member membership in Stock Gumshoe is.
Irregular’s have benefit of – On Friday’s Travis puts out “Friday File” an article only for Irregular’s. Another benefit is you can see Travis portfolio, and he also sends out an email to Irregulars when he ‘trades’ buys/sells.
the only marijuana/related stock Travis owns is IIPR, an REIT that pays quarterly dividends.
Yes, Gumshoe has marijuana stock information – over the last year, I would guesstimate on average there is a marijuana Article every other week…..you could use the search field and input Marijuana or Pot to find lots of Articles with Comments/Discussion.

Got at about $2.70! It fairly soon (last Fall into 3/4 of 2018) had internal court issues with a scamming type outsider welcomed in to help with business side,( not to quote me, -by recall) Issue may be cleaned up now… but I nibbled selling away since it was not cheap, to fund other buys/things, held on a while after it reality sank then sold out the last 400 shares or so. May have been freshly pumped when I got TRTC! Then though a “good-looker” other intrusions just pulled on it!
Just saying to research TRTC. Agree on your view of MJNA!

I’m going to try to find out the dates. I was going to join but right now McCall wants $1499.00. I will wait until it comes down. McCall said he expects. 1000% gains on FLOWR. I doubt his $1499.00 fee will ever come down; I would not spend $1499 (a year) for McCall’s ‘Investment Opportunities’ service. if you are inclined to spend $$ on pot stock reco’s I would suggest Alan Brochstein of NCV NewCannabisVentures.com ‘420 Investors’, I think $700 a year.
Hello Gum Shoer’s Mat McCalls IPO is FLOWR Corp. (FLWPH).
But that IPO’d a long time ago according to charts on Ameritrade. How does he claim it’s new? Charts show at least 6 months and the 52 week price range shows $2.18 to $6.30. So, I’m not sure I understand. Is this just a pick or is he saying it’s an IPO. I don’t see how it could be an IPO unless it’s being uplisted to the NYSE or something.

InvestorPlace.com made two pitches to me with Matt McCall pitching: 1. April 4th pitched “a new IPO” and according to reader ggswift comment above was MediPharm (formerly MLCPF) and now MEDI; Fidelity chart shows it IPO’d Oct. 5, 2018. 2. April 9th pitched “Cannabis Stock Summit” with “1 free reco” nothing said about a new IPO; and according to reader cardano465e comment above was Flowr Corp FLWPF – Fidelity chart shows it IPO’d Oct. 9, 2018.
I guess timeline of “new IPO” is relative, especially in teaser companies writers’ minds to lure prospective clients to purchase their high priced services.
Andrew dont put any money on (FLWPH) if you feel nothing is there. I bought it on April 11th @ $4.40 and has gone up to $5.20 and down to $4.98.

I don’t know the difference between FLWPH and FLWPF, but the latter has been trading in the US over-the-counter since Oct 9th. What DID happen on April 4th was the company’s report of their 4th Qtr results. FLWR Corp stock got a little bump up the next day — but nowhere near the 14.55% jump it did today, April 10th. (I haven’t found a reason for this, so far.)
Flowr Corp describes itself as a domestic (Canada) medical cannabis company. I first learned about it in late Feb 2019 when it was one of 5 pot stocks recommended (not just teased) by Jefferies in a Barron.com article. For chart watchers, note the parabolic rise and fall of this stock in March. I am not sure if this had something to do with the company’s announcement that it was partnering with Canadian renowned chef Ryan Reed in developing PREMIUM EDIBLES.
It seems the company seeks a niche in medicinal but edible (gourmet, yet) pot. Otherwise, the stock behaves pretty much like all the other pot stocks in spikes and volatility.
FLWPF is the one, FLWPH must be a typo mistake, sorry I copied it from another reader, but did correct to FLWPH in my April 10, 2019 12:33 pm posted comment.

Update: InvestorPlace Digest from InvestorPlace.com sent me a new pitch last night “Matt Reveals a 4,900% Marijuana Anomaly” teaser to subscribe to Matt McCall’s newsletter “Early Stage Investor”. I wonder how much that one costs?, probably at least $1999.00 like his newsletter “Investor Opportunities”. Wonder if he has same or different pot reco’s in the two different newsletters. aaahh-ite now Gum Shoer’s, I got in on Matt McCall’s “Cash Calendar” if you look for it you won’t find it. It has been removed because the cost was from $49.00 to $99.00 which he now charges $1499.00 for his information. But I e-mailed him saying that I watched to video but didn’t have any way to purchase it. I also said I tried to get into it a few times before. So Matt sent me the video and allowed me to purchase the cash calendar for $49.00. Which I then got in, there is something happening on May 31st. cardano465e, Per my response on 4/10 to steveflick on this thread, what Matt McCall teased as an “April 4th IPO” was, in truth, Flowr Corp’s report date for Quarterly Earnings. Even before McCall’s teaser, the stock had already been trading for several months and with recommendations by other analysts — for free!
I am reiterating this because I now suspect that Mr. McCall is currently monitoring a company that will be reporting Earnings on May 30th. He just needs to make sure the company is in-line with or beats analysts’ estimates — and then he’ll “tease” the company for that whopping fee he charges.
So if you just google the Earnings Calendar for May 30th, you’ll find a very short list of companies reporting that day. One of these is priced at ~ $7, the kind of company newsletters love to pitch.
And if I’m wrong about Mr. McCall, that’s okay because the $7 biotech company just happens to be both doing well and rated well right now. 🙂

Here is what happens, at least with Fidelity: there is a $50 flat settlement fee has to do with it being a Canadian stock and conversion and so forth so whether I buy 19 shares or 41 shares it’s still a $50 fee in addition to the other sales prices, commission

Maybe I am doing something wrong? Last week I posted that I listened to his pitch. Told you nothing about the ipo but gave u flowr corp (Flwpf) as one to watch saying it’s not his pitch but said to watch it. I bought in just to play around with it and see what happens. But never spending money on those ridiculous subscriptions. We are all looking to make it big I suppose. Due diligence sure isn’t listening to McCall, or Motley etc….
On May 31st Matt McCall says something is going to spike. I willy” post that stock as soon as I get it from McCall. He said it will be the 30th or the morning of the 31st. How are you Gum Shower’s? On May 31st. the food and Drug Administration will hold it’s a first public hearing on legalizing cannabidiol in food and drinks.
As CEO CANNAMERICA’S Dan Angle wants a piece of hemp and CBD market. As a marine he wants Veteran’s to have access to cannabis too.

Just an FYI on FLWPF. The reasoning from MM is that he expects this (& the others he held back) will go onto a major listing in the near future, like TLRY , CGC, etc. Even if true, you would have plenty of time for it to subside from the boost after his presentation. Already dropped from $5.12 to as low as $4.80 yesterday. To get some of his thoughts cheaper, try signing up w/ his affiliated Investor Place.
Cannabis/Pot/Marijuana teaser: Today I received an email from InvestorPlace Digest (Investors_Insights@Brian,com) (free) teasing Matt McCall’s “Jumper Stocks” in his high priced newsletter “Early Stage Investor”. MM does reveal one of 5 Cannabis Jumper Stocks he announced to “Early Stage Investor” several weeks ago – Organigram OTC: OGRMF. 4-26-19 Organigram applied to be listed on NASDAQ. It generally takes a about a month to go through approval process. MM is promoting this as a Jumper Stock, buy before NASDAQ listing, get in now, and subscribe to “Early Stage Investor” to learn more of MM cannabis stock reco’s.
I bought $2k of OGRMF 11 months ago on Ted Ohashi’s reco., now + 85.06%. Maybe it is time to buy some more, before NASDAQ listing and another jump.

Hello, new to investing here. What normally happen in a dual listing?
Stocks can be listed on Exchanges in different countries, generally where they are based. In example, in the Cannabis industry, a company can list in Canada on the CSE Canadian Securities Exchange, or TSX Toronto Stock Exchange, (there are 4 other Exchanges in Canada) and the same company can also list on a U.S. Exchange, with a different symbol; in the U.S. there is OTC Markets Over-the-Counter (formerly known as Pink Sheets)(very risky, liquidity to sell, ), NYSE New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, and others in other U.S. cities. Each Exchange has qualifiers, some more strict than others. In example of different symbols for same company, one of the larger cannabis companies, Canopy Growth CGC in U.S., WEED in Canada. Any symbol ending in F is listed in U.S. OTC Market.
