Quick search suggests it could be CesiumAstro? Not listed as far as I know, having tried buying stock.
I would like to know too, a search on “Exhibit 10.1” shows and old document between a french space firm and a company called Iridium, and it is about a communications satellite, but none of the companies is Texas based

They’re a Texas company, but will be launching from Cape Canaveral in Florida.
