This stock is currently only trading in Canada but have heard that it will start trading on US exchanges.
Is it still a pump and dump with recent purchase activity and price rise? Or is there anything solid happening in the near future and is it worth a buy. Currently at $0.02

If you were a local angel investor out looking to buy into a digital ad agency in your town, you’d probably offer something in the range of 5-10X revenues for a company that’s either breaking even or has some good potential. This firm has that “local” level of revenue, $200,000 a year, but is spending 3X their revenue on operating expenses and is valued as a penny stock at $20 million. That means it’s roughly at 100X sales. I’d want to know the company very well to consider investing in that — as in, a “my brother is on the board” level of know it well, there would have to be something shockingly good about this company to make it worth that price. I don’t know the company at all, but I looked at the financials for a minute or two and saw nothing that made me want to spend more time on it.
