    What is the difference between the EVVTY and EVGGF shares? Both show as OTC in USD.

      One is an ADR, the other just an OTC ticker used by brokers to represent foreign shares. They both equal one share in Stockholm, and EVVTY has much higher trading volume so it's probably easier to buy or sell. Don't know if the ADR has a fee, probably doesn't but some do.
