I love this letter! I hate the little green circle in the bottom right corner that gets in the way of the copy when I print out the letter.

You will find this tool helpful https://www.printfriendly.com/Less cumbersome is to install the tool as an extension to your browser, and then just right-click on the page you want to print or save as a .pdf file.Use either method and discover, no more "little green circle" :-)

Hey Travis, the WSJ's monkey stock picker articles always made me laugh. I think that was an extension of one of the originals on this subject: Burton Malkiel's "Random Walk. . ."

Interesting observation about Celsius. I have also started to monitor this one. One appealing aspect is that they have attracted a new demo of healthy-focused consumers to the energy category. This means more younger and female crowd, versus the mainstay of male, blue collar for Red Bull and Monster. Functional aspect (caffeine) also means that is should be highly recurring usage by customers.Seems like management indicated that sales will decelerate this Q2 as Pepsi right sizes inventory (their own FCF’s) in this market. Is that more efficiency for them, or a sign of more slowing?

That's the key question for the next quarter or so.

So I looked at the ingredients of the Celsius drinks and discovered the marketing BS, "natural flavors." It does not take the interested person long to discover (and most everyone already knows) that "natural flavors" really are artificial flavors and NOT good for you.Which does not mean Celsius shares will fail to go higher over time and achieve new all-time highs; they will. Like you, at the proper price, I too will invest. One caveat people should keep in mind: all growth stocks endure periodic 50% declines - it is the nature of the beast - but those share price declines have nothing to do with the company's growth suddenly ending or about to end. That is just how growth stocks trade over the long-term; those big price declines are renewed investment opportunities.

Thanks... part of the reason for the "less unhealthy" pitch seems to be their use of artificial sweeteners, I think they're the only energy drink like that doesn't use sugar, so I guess it depends on which kind of "healthy" you're looking for. I don't know if that's "healthy" but it's at least "not giant piles of sugar"

I have been gnashing teeth and growling since I missed the $100 in Celsius. But, I am in at under $40 and committed to a long term hold. It looks like a LOT of support at $50 and tons at $40, so I'll quit looking while things settle out.

NSR is the ticket for NuScale Power, one of the small hopefuls trying to build small modular nuclear reactors. It's also the acronym for Small Modular Reactor.

Symbol for Nuscale power is SMR. You have N NSR. Is it a mistype?

Each issue you write each week has so much information presented. On average, how long does it take to write each weekly issue you publish? You do an amazing job.

What is your opinion regarding the oxford Lichtenfeld recommendation to Buy BWX Technologies (NYSE: BWXT) between the bid and the ask, and sell to open the November 15, 2024, $100 calls between the bid and the ask.
