Eric Fry/Investor Place; The 2024 Tech Panic/ Tech Reset The Next Gen Stocks

Hi Travis and/or anyone else.
I just received this pitch from Investor Place/ Eric Fry[1] Newsletter with lots of gloom and doom warnings advising investors to sell all the big tech stocks including NVIDA, Apple, META, TSLA, etc.
Does anyone know which “Next Gen Stocks” they are pitching? Here’s a quote:
“And its why every major “financial insider” from Warren Buffett[2], Jeff Bezos, “The Walmart family,” Bill Gates[3], Michael Bloomberg[4], Mark Zuckerberg, to 48 members of Congress are piling into Next Gen Stocks as we speak. “
