The ghost of PW stirring around in it’s grave

Does anybody see what’s going on with PW?
Looks like it’s ghost is starting to stir around in the grave, a little bit. I haven’t found any news items (but haven’t put much effort in yet).
They must still own some good real estate[1], renewables, and RR – even though the marijuana[2] grow thing fell through.
I should have sold when Trav did, but still have a tiny snippet…
