Any opinion on how I should vote my BOC shares?

Since the July 5th Friday File[1], I honestly haven’t done my homework well enough to know the issues or slate of 6 directors. Is the proposed executive compensation package egregious, or still rather humble, like shortly after Rozek bailed? (Note that our vote on this is “non-binding” anyway).
Should we agree to the “Officer Exculpation Charter Amendment?”

Travis said (Aug 16) ‘For now, just waiting and giving them a chance to get their act together’ until after the upcoming Annual Meeting.

If someone can state a thoughtful opinion (no national politics) and support it a little bit – I will probably vote along with you. Actual REAL time limit here: the meeting is Sept 19th.

Sorry for not getting back to you... I don't have a problem with the current proxy and executive compensation, after being relatively reassured that it was in line with what they were doing before.I will be interested to see what's said at the meeting, but can't attend and it's not being live-streamed, so I'm hoping there's some decent coverage from others.
