I’m sure this isn’t what you want to hear, but that stock is so dramatically over-followed that there aren’t really any cost-effective ways to trade it — you can buy puts or calls to bet on huge changes of direction, but so many people are already doing that, so those options are extremely expensive.
I’ve looked plenty of times over the past year, since it’s that rarity of a pretty high-volume stock that doesn’t have a real business, so it should be worth pennies… but because it’s essentially a “fan” bet, there’s no real logic behind the investments folks are making in the stock, and therefore there’s no way to know when those investors might “give up” and sell. DJT shares are the red MAGA hat of the trading world, they are a way to signify your allegiance to Donald Trump and “bet” that other people will feel the same.
Doesn’t mean you can’t buy or sell those shares, but expecting them to follow expected “rules” of valuation or respond to stuff like insider buying or selling is probably foolish.
Trump has indicated he won’t sell his DJT shares, incidentally, though whether he’s telling the truth or not, or how long he’ll hold, I don’t know.
