I just received this pitch from Investor Place/ Eric Fry Newsletter with lots of gloom and doom warnings advising investors to sell all the big tech stocks including NVIDA, Apple, META, TSLA, etc.
Does anyone know which “Next Gen Stocks” they are pitching? Here’s a quote:

Next Gen Stocks are healthcare stocks… AI to cure diseases. I “think” one of them is Pfizer… others not sure. I know both him and Lango have been pushing Biotech ETFs (XBI and IBB). They believe this is the next wave of AI .
