Very interesting analysis BUT it’s just not “tradeable” advice. Dent’s calls can also be dangerous and detrimental to your wealth.. four years ago he called “sell all your stocks” and told Australians to “sell all your property investments” Australian property has virtually doubled since then! And stocks are up 50% (SP500) Like most of these gurus, appears he got one or two calls right 25 years ago and then has overrated his ability to derive tradeable advice from his studies. Again, very interesting analysis BUT 90year and 250year cycles are just not tradeable for the average retail investor.
