The man running it, Steve Nickolas is a very crooked “businessman” and has defrauded many people. I would stay away from the stock
Right you are RH, I’ve looked this Steve Nicholas up on the SEC site, and other places. I found several communications from the SEC relating to his failure to file required financial information, and other problems. He’s been affiliated with several companies: XND Technologies, Liberty Diversified Holdings, NutriPure Beverages, Northsight Capital, Silver Sky Capital, and Alkaline Water. All price graphs I could find showed the characteristic flat line pattern of a stock, after the pumpers have cashed out. Most recently, Alkaline Water rallied to the $1.50 range, when several million shares were sold, and the stock dropped to the $0.40 range. I’d be willing to bet that the pumpers have dumped and gone. So long, suckers! I’ve often wondered why the government doesn’t stop guys like this. They seem to change companies more often that people change their socks. He joined Alkaline Water as of May 31, 2013, and the investors’ money went POOF! on Sept. 19, less than four months later. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
Most advertisements on the internet are false, especially ones sent to people who weren’t raised on the internet. Be careful not to use all caps… it may attract sharks.
Alkaline water has been touted as a cancer cure for years. Another miracle health cure. Stay way from it.
Alkaline Water (WTER) is a Pump & Dump scheme; YOu can get more information on this company and the criminals behind it on the Pumps & Dumps website. Alkaline water might be a useful adjunct to a healthy lifestyle, but you can make your own; there are numerous YouTube videos on the subject. But DO NOT invest in WTER. Here is a link to the Pumps&Dumps website:

This is a useful website to access anytime you’re thinking of investing; check them out, first. I hope this helps you not lose money.
Pumpsanddumps.com usually gets it right. Crazy to play pennies without referencing them.
Agreed,
Nothing new here about alkaline water, it is well documented that you can maintain proper pH levels through diet, no need to fall for any of these ionizer systems which are sold for hundreds, which is why investing in this or any company promoting alkaline water systems. Yes, it is critical to maintain proper pH if you want your immune system to function at its highest level, and the best thing you can do is never drink soda pop which is major cause of acidity in most people, which is causing more harm than most know. If you do not have a pH of 7.0, then you need to get educated on subject, not fall for the hype of a pump and dump stock.
