Phil Anderson is the reclusive Australian genius who’s predicted every major turn in the U.S. economy — up and down — for over 30 years. We believe he’s the #1 market forecaster in the world, and possibly of all time.
The Signal is legendary economic forecaster Phil Anderson’s elite product, in which he demystifies the stock markets… connects the dots on how the stock market always tells us what to do using his 18.6-year real estate cycle… and positions his readers to grow their wealth by using his “right stocks, right time” system, paired with 30+ years of experience in chart analysis.
Anyone have any ideas of his 3 Stock picks?

I listened also and was intrigued by this guy. For $1495 he has 4 stock picks ready. I too would like to have someone share those names.
He is back again. I do like this guy and he has 3 new picks. They are a home improvement stock, financial, and semiconductor stock.
The semiconductor stock might be found within The Chips Act (quick Google search) which states one company has been awarded $40B.
Micron
Do you know the tickers?
He has upped his price for this service since this April by $250. It now costs $1745 to join. Does he have new picks?
His presentation on 9/9/23 had the price back at $1495 for TWO YEARS
Now its $1795.
I think it might be TSM, Taiwan Semiconductor. They are the candidate to receive $40B. They are building 2 plants in Arizona. Currently at $91-92 NYSE Maybe someone can confirm this.
I also enjoyed listening to Phillip. On the home improvement stock, he mentioned that it had a very low valuation, like $30 billion. I find only one in that category with that value.
KNF knife River Holding Co
I’m also interested in this service – I have Phil Anderson’s book, and I find the evidence compelling that real estate/banking follow an average 18.6-yr cycle. I’m interested in The Signal, though paying $1745 for an untried service isn’t very appealing.
Do members here ever collaborate on buying a subscription? I would potentially be interested in splitting a subscription, even multiple ways, if we could find a legitimate way that all involved were comfortable with.
Update: as of Dec 14, the Signal service is back to its previous price of $1495 for two years – a much better deal than one year for $1745. I’m seriously considering it since I find the evidence in his book pretty compelling. Not sure whether that plays out as a good stock-picking service, though.
A few like minded investors can surely collaborate and split the costs, let me know how I can reach you out then, ok?
I would be willing to kick in a few bucks toward a group subscription if someone knows how to put that together. Unless… there is a generous “Gumshoer” that has already subscribed to share Anderson’s picks.
There has been already enough interest for it , so not much will be needed. How can I reach you @vanman69?
I would be interested in joining as well. let me know and ill throw some money towards it
Great to hear that @Jarad May, let me know how I can reach you then, ok?
I would be interested as well.
In Oct, Anderson’s picks for the next 2 years were TXT, DFIN, IAU. Also COOP with a hard stop at $18.70.
Last week the alerts were to sell Quanex NX and buy Invesco UDN with a stop at $18.70.
What’s the book you have been readng an recommending?
The Book title is The Secret Life of Real Estate and Banking by Phillip J Anderson. It seems undeniable that history continues to repeat itself over this average 18.6 cycle of peak real estate prices under different economic situations if all the citations and graphs are true. It is also very insightful in explaining the history of the Federal Bank and the stock relationship to real estate value cycles.
